What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.99, or free shipping on orders over $75. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, BaseCamp ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
